How to determine what type (32-bit or 64-bit) of software will work on my computer?
Following these steps on a Windows operating system, you can determine whether your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit:

2. Look in the System Summary
The System Information tool will display detailed information about your Windows operating system.

Can I order DVD/CD disc of the software I purchased?
Here at we rely on fast and efficient digital delivery service. This means no waiting for the disc to be delivered via post or registered mail. You can download the software and store in digital media of your preference (ex. USB Stick, DVD, external HDD, etc.). However, in some cases this may be difficult for the less tech savvy where the client is unable to do so on his/her own we can opt to send out a disk for a small fee of $7.50 AUD or a USB for $17.50 AUD.

ISO are often use in PC or Windows Operating system and DMG are commonly used in Mac. Is Windows Vista upgradable to Windows 7, 8 or 10? It is very possible to upgrade

Windows Vista to later Microsoft Windows editions. Although this will require “Clean” or “Parallel Installation” then selecting Custom-Install process. Please refer to your machines hardware specification.
